The short version. Keep does not collect, store or transmit any personal information. There is no server, no account and no analytics. Everything the extension knows about your conversations stays in your own browser.

What the extension reads

When you are on ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, Keep reads what is already displayed on that page:

It does not read your login details, your account, your payment information, or any other site. It does not call any private interface belonging to those companies and does not use your session to fetch anything on your behalf.

Where that information goes

Into your browser's local storage on your own computer, and nowhere else. Specifically, Keep stores your folder names, which conversation you filed in which folder, which conversations you pinned, your settings, and your licence key if you bought one.

The text of a conversation is never stored. When you export one, the file is generated in your browser and saved by your browser. When you move one to another assistant, the transcript is held in your browser's storage for up to thirty minutes so the other tab can pick it up, and is deleted the moment it is used or dismissed.

What is not collected

How you can verify this

Chrome shows you every permission an extension holds. Keep asks for storage, clipboard writing, and access to three named sites. It holds no permission that would allow it to contact any other server, and no Keep server exists for it to contact.

Licence keys

A licence key is a signed statement checked on your own device against a public key built into the extension. Activating Pro contacts nothing and works with no internet connection. Your key is stored locally so you do not have to paste it twice.

This website

getunlogged.com is a static site with no analytics and no cookies. If you buy a licence, the checkout is handled by Paddle, who become the seller of record and process your payment and tax. What you type into their checkout goes to Paddle and is covered by Paddle's privacy notice. We receive your email address and the fact that you purchased, and use it only to send your licence key and to answer support requests.

Deleting your data

Open Keep's settings and choose Erase everything Keep stores, or remove the extension from Chrome. Both delete everything immediately, from your machine, where it was the whole time. Your conversations on ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are not affected.

Children

Keep is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone.

Changes

If this notice ever changes in a way that affects what the extension does with your information, the change will be described here with a new date, and the extension will not begin collecting anything without a new version that says so plainly in its release notes.
